Biography
Barnes signs to Minnesota's active roster from the Miami Dolphins practice squad. The Silsbee, Texas, native was originally selected by the Carolina Panthers in the seventh-round (242nd overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft. Barnes played at Baylor from 2018-21 and appeared in 41 games (15 starts), posting 69 tackles (53 solo), 17 passes defensed, three tackles for loss, three interceptions, 1.0 sack and one forced fumble for the Bears.
