• Played QB at Beaumont United High School in Beaumont, Texas.
• Named first-team all-district as a senior.
• Recorded 854 passing yards and eight touchdowns, adding 1,049 rushing yards, as a senior.
• Led all QBs in 21-6A in rushing his senior year.
• Dislocated his femur his freshman year and had to spend time in the hospital.
• Originally committed to play college football at Lamar University before switching to the University of Utah.

OFF THE FIELD

• Son of Chris and Zipporah.
• Has seven siblings.
• Brother, Zach, transferred to Utah as a wide receiver in 2021.
• Brother, Xzavier, played QB at University of Arkansas – Pine Bluff (2019-21). Played the 2024 season at Alcorn State.
• Majored in sociology at Utah.
