2024 | MINNESOTA VIKINGS

• Named team captain for the 2024 season, the fourth nod of his career.
• Appeared in all 17 regular season contests in 2024, including three starts, recording five receptions for 35 yards and 10 rushing yards on two carries. He also blocked a punt and recovered a fumble on special teams.
• Playing in his sixth career postseason contest against the L.A. Rams during the Wild Card Round in Arizona (1/13), hauled in one reception for eight yards.
• Recorded his first career fumble recovery following a forced fumble by LB Brian Asamoah II on special teams in Week 14 vs. Atlanta (12/8).
• In Week 5 vs. the New York Jets in London (10/6), scored his first touchdown since Dec. 17, 2022, vs. Indianapolis. He finised with two carries for 10 yards.
• Blocked a punt in the Vikings home opener vs. San Francisco in Week 2 (9/15), which was recovered by S Theo Jackson. It marked the first time the Vikings blocked and recovered a punt since Sept. 8, 2019, against Atlanta.
• Made his season debut in Week 1 at the New York Giants (9/8), catching two passes for 11 yards.

2023 | MINNESOTA VIKINGS

• Named team captain for the 2023 season, his third time being selected a team captain.
• Started five of the 17 games in which he appeared for the Vikings in 2023.
• Ran the ball once for seven yards at Las Vegas in Week 14 (12/10). It marked his first rushing attempt of the season.
• Had a pair of receptions in Week 12 against Chicago (11/27).
• Played in his 100th career game in Week 4 at Carolina (10/1), moving into second all-time for career games by a fullback, passing Harold Morrow (99 games) and trailing only Bill Brown (180). Ham is just the fourth undrafted offensive player to reach the century mark of games played, joining Mick Tinglehoff (240 games), Leo Lewis (140) and Adam Thielen (135).
• Appeared on both offense and special teams in Weeks 1-12.

2022 | MINNESOTA VIKINGS

• Named a captain for the 2022 season and was selected as the first alternate for the Pro Bowl
• Appeared in all 17 games with four starts, totaling eight special teams tackles, 10 receptions for 86 yards and four rushes for seven yards.
• Played in his fifth career playoff game in the Wild Card matchup vs. New York Giants (1/15/23), playing in 11 snaps on offense and 16 on special teams.
• Had a one-yard touchdown run vs. Indianapolis (12/17).
• Scored his first touchdown of the season on a three-yard run late in the fourth quarter at Buffalo (11/13).
• Also tied a career-high with three special teams tackles against the Bills.
• Had his first carry of the season, picking up three yards and a first down on a 3rd-and-2 at Miami (10/16).
• Started and caught two passes for 15 yards, inlcuding an elusive 12-yard reception for a first down, vs. Detroit (9/25).

• Appeared in all 17 games with eight starts, tying his career high in receptions with 17 and rushes with seven, as well as totaling a career-high 34 rushing yards.
• Had a 27-yard reception at Baltimore (11/7).
• Had a career-long 30-yard rush at Carolina (10/17).
• Has converted three 1st downs on his six rush attempts.
• Started four of the first seven games of the season, paving the way for Dalvin Cook and Alexander Mattison to surpass 100 yards rushing in contests.

2020 | MINNESOTA VIKINGS

• Started career-high 11 games, played in 15 and saw action on career-high 404 offensive snaps.
• Helped Dalvin Cook to one of the best seasons in team history by a RB, ranking second in the NFL with 1,557 rushing yards and scoring 16 TDs on the ground, the third and second-best marks in Vikings history, respectively.
• The Vikings offense scored 55 TDs, the second-best mark in club history, and ranked No. 4 in the NFL in total offense, a 12-spot jump from 2019 and the highest ranking since 2004.
• Caught career-long 12-yard TD in win vs. Jacksonville (12/6).

2016 | MINNESOTA VIKINGS

• Signed following a rookie minicamp tryout as an undrafted free agent, going through training camp and preseason with the team. Was released in final roster cuts but came back to club on practice squad.
• Joined the Vikings practice squad on 9/4.
• Elevated to the Vikings 53-man roster on 12/23 and was active, but did not play, at Green Bay (12/24).
• Inactive vs. Chicago (1/1/17).

COLLEGE - AUGUSTANA (S.D.)

• Played at Division II Augustana College in Sioux Falls, S.D., helping the Vikings advance to the NCAA playoffs, and led the Northern Sun Conference in rushing yards and TDs.
• Notched career-high 1,097 rushing yards as a senior and 16 TDs, matching the school record for rushing TDs, and becoming only fourth Augustana RB to top the 1,000-yard plateau.
• Started all 12 games as a senior and had career-high 160 yards on the ground against Southwest Minnesota State.
• Ran for 2,662 yards in his career and 29 rushing TDs along with 96 catches for 949 yards and six TDs in 43 career games.
• Played in NSIC along with former Viking WR Adam Thielen.

PREP - DENFELD (MINN.)

• Named all-conference and rushed for more than 1,800 yards combined as both a junior and senior at Duluth Denfeld H.S.
• Played in the Minnesota High School All-Star football game.
• Also starred in track and field.

OFF THE FIELD

• Earned degree in physical education and health in spring 2016.
• Aspires to a career in mentoring youth and working with nonprofit organizations.
• Honored his mother, Tina, during My Cause My Cleats game in 2019 with a message of support for pancreatic cancer victims. She was able to attend the game in person, a win over Detroit.
• Joined teammates and Vikings ownership in bringing a group of students to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., to grow understanding and empathy for the tragedy.
• Grandfather was a Golden Gloves boxer and a Navy veteran.
• Cousin serves in the U.S. Army.
• Wife, Stephanie, played soccer at Augustana.
• The couple has two daughters and a son.
• The couple surprised a family from the Boys & Girls Clubs with Christmas gifts and a dinner at the team's facility in December 2018 and 2019; also adopted families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Played against Vikings WR Adam Thielen in high school and college before joining as teammates with the Vikings.
