- Set the franchise rookie receptions record (88), breaking the previous record of 69 set by Randy Moss in 1998.
- Became the fourth player in NFL history to record seven games with 100+ yards as a rookie, joining Harlon Hill (seven in 1954), Odell Beckham, Jr. (seven in 2014) and Bill Groman (nine in 1960). Randy Moss held previous Vikings rookie record for 100+ games with four.

- Became the fastest player in team history to hit the 400-catch threshold (62 games), surpassing Randy Moss (78 games). In NFL history, Jefferson is the third-fastest player to reach 400 career receptions. Only Michael Thomas (56) and Odell Beckham Jr. (61) reached the mark in fewer games.
- Jefferson and WR Jalen Nailor became the first Vikings duo in franchise history to both score a receiving touchdown in each of the team's first three games of a season. They were the first pair to achieve the feat league wide since 2018 (WRs Mike Evans and Chris Godwin).
- Joined Randy Moss (2004) as the only players to score a receiving touchdown in each of the Vikings first four games of a season in franchise history with his performance in 2024.

- Surpassed 7,000 career receiving yards in Week 14 vs. Atlanta of 2024 season, becoming the first player in NFL history with 7,000+ receiving yards in his first five NFL seasons and the first player in NFL history under the age of 26 to achieve the feat.
- Jefferson and WR Jordan Addison became the first Vikings WR duo to each record 100+ receiving yards and 2+ touchdowns in a game in franchise history with their performances in Week 14 vs. Atlanta of 2024 season. They were the seventh pair of teammates in NFL history to each have 130+ receiving yards and 2+ touchdowns in a game.
- Jefferson logged five games with at least 100 receiving yards in 2024, which tied for the most such games among all players league wide. Following his fifth NFL season, Jefferson's 34 career games with 100+ receiving yards are the third most among players in their first six seasons in the league.
