2024 | MINNESOTA VIKINGS

• In his first season in Minnesota in 2024, he started all 17 of the Vikings regular season contests and logged 59 total tackles, including 18 for loss, 12.0 sacks, 22 QB hits, three passes defensed and four forced fumbles.
• His 59 tackles marked a single-season career high, as did his 18 tackles for loss and four forced fumbles, and his 22 QB hits tied his single season-career best from 2023.
• Played in his third career postseason contest during the Wild Card Round v.s. the L.A. Rams (1/13), recording three tackles, including one for loss, and one QB hit.
• Tallied five tackles, including two for loss, 1.0 sack and two QB hits in Week 18 at Detroit (1/5).
• In Week 17 vs. Green Bay (12/29), had two tackles, three QB hits and one pass defensed.
• Recorded his 11th sack of the season and fourth forced fumble on a strip sack during the first quarter in Week 15 vs. Chicago (12/16) on Monday Night football. In addition to his sack and forced fumble, he added six tackles.
• Had four tackles, 1.0 sack and forced a fumble in Week 13 vs. Arizona (12/1). His forced fumble was his third this season, which is a single-season career best topping his performance from 2021 (two forced fumbles).
• Responsible for six tackles, including four for loss, 2.0 sacks, two quarterback hits and a forced fumble in Week 12 at Chicago (11/24), marking his third multi-sack game of the season. He became the first player in team history to log four tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks and one forced fumble in a game since Jared Allen in Week 5 of the 2009 season.
• Tied for the second-most tackles among Vikings in Week 11 at Tennessee (11/17) with five, including one for loss. Also notched a quarterback hit.
• On Sunday Night Football in Week 9 vs. Indianapolis (11/3), tallied 2.0 sacks, bringing his team-leading season total to 7.0 sacks. He also notched two tackles, two quarterback hits and one pass defensed.
• Had three tackles, including one for loss, and one pass defensed in Week 8 at the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football (10/24).
• Collected the Vikings' third sack of the day vs. Detroit in Week 7 (10/20)and tallied four tackles and forced a fumble.
• In Week 5 vs. the New York Jets in London (10/6), tallied three tackles and a trio of quarterback hits.
• Against Houston - his former team - in Week 3 (9/22), accounted for 3.0 of the Vikings 5.0 sacks. He added four tackles, including three for loss and three quarterback hits vs. Houston. His 3.0 sacks marked a single-game career high, besting his 2.5 sack game at Tennessee on Dec. 17, 2023.
• Played in his 50th career game in the Week 2 vs. San Francisco (9/15). Picked up his first sack as a Viking and the 24th of his career. He also notched two tackles and one quarterback hit.
• Made his Vikings debut in Week 1, starting at OLB at the New York Giants (9/8).

2023 | HOUSTON TEXANS

• Started all 15 games he appeared in, recording career highs in total tackles (52), tackles for loss (15) and sacks (12.5). His sack total ranked sixth in a single season in franchise history, surpassing Whitney Mercilus (12.0, 2015) and Mario Williams (12.0, 2008).
• Was the first Texan to record at least 10 sacks in a single season since J.J. Watt in 2018 and became just the third player in franchise history to post four games with at least 2.0 sacks in a season.
• Finished with a career-high and team-high 2.5 sacks in addition to six combined tackles and four quarterback hits at Tennessee in Week 15 (12/17), becoming the first Texan with over 2.0 sacks in a single game since 2018 (Christian Covington).
• Started his first career postseason contest at Baltimore (1/20) and recorded five total tackles, including one for loss.

2022 | HOUSTON TEXANS

• Appeared in eight games, starting four, and posted 16 total tackles, including six for loss, 1.5 sacks, four quarterback hits, one interception, one pass defensed and a fumble recovery.
• Hauled in his first career interception and returned it 39 yards for a touchdown at Indianapolis in Week 17 (1/8).

2021 | HOUSTON TEXANS

• Started all 12 games he played and led the team with a career-high 8.0 sacks. Tallied 33 total tackles including nine for loss, 12 quarterback hits and career highs in passes defensed (four) and forced fumbles (two).
• Recorded at least 1.0 sack in four consecutive games (Weeks 5-8), tied for the eighth-longest streak in the NFL in 2021.

2020 | HOUSTON TEXANS

• Saw action in 13 games, making one start, in his rookie season. Notched 19 total tackles, including two for loss, 1.0 sack, three quarterback hits and a pass defensed.
• Finished with a career-high nine total tackles and logged one tackle for loss and one quarterback hit against Tennessee in Week 17 (1/3).
• Recorded his first career sack versus New England in Week 10 (11/22).
• Made his NFL debut in Week 4 against Minnesota (10/4).
• Inactive in Weeks 1-3.

COLLEGE - LOUISVILLE/FLORIDA

• Spent four seasons (2015-18) at Louisville before transferring to Florida for the 2019 season.
• Played in 38 games over his collegiate career, totaling 122 total tackles, 19.0 sacks, two interceptions and four forced fumbles.
• Appeared in all 12 games in his lone season with the Gators and led the SEC with 9.5 sacks and 15.5 tackles for loss, while adding 52 tackles (27 solo), three forced fumbles, four pass breakups and a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown. Was named First-Team All-SEC.
• Saw action in 26 games as a Cardinal, recording 70 total tackles, including 22.5 for loss, 9.5 sacks, four passes defensed, an interception and a forced fumble.

PREP - HIRAM (GA.)

• Played outside linebacker and tight end.
• Tabbed the 5-A Region Defensive Player of the Year as a senior after recording 43 tackles and 7.0 sacks. Also caught 11 passes for 249 yards and five touchdowns.
• Selected to the Georgia 5-A Class All-State team as an honorable mention his senior year.
• Also lettered in basketball.

OFF THE FIELD

• Son of Carmen Greenard-Varnum and Washington Varnum, Jr.
• Has one daughter, Rayna Angelina Greenard, who was born in September of 2023.
• Named the Texans Good Guy Award recipient in 2022 for his professionalism with media.
• Favorite MLB team is the Atlanta Braves.
