• Son of Harold and Maureen Fries and has two sisters, Mallory and Kristen, and a brother, Matthew.
• Fiancé, Isabella, played college basketball at Loyola University Maryland. She now owns IT Home Improvement in Indianapolis.
• Earned his degree in economics from Penn State in 2019.
• Represented Tunnels to Towers (2023) and Headstrong (2021) as part of the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative.
