Tyrek Funderburk (pronounced Tie-REEK) comes to Minnesota for his second NFL season, after spending his rookie season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2024. Funderburk, who entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State, appeared in 13 games, including two starts with the Buccaneers, recording 14 total tackles, one pass defensed and one forced fumble in 2024.
