Four-time Pro Bowl selection (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023) and All-Pro Second Team selection in 2020.
Started all 124 career games he played in nine seasons with the Colts (2016-24), including 121 regular season matchups and three postseason contests.
According to Pro Football Focus, has only allowed 14 sacks in his career, including only giving up 1.0 sack in each of the past two seasons (2023-24).

COLLEGE - ALABAMA

Played his collegiate career at Alabama (2011-15), appearing in 46 games (36 starts) as a three-year starter at center. He did not allow a sack during his final two seasons.
Was part of three Crimson Tide National Championships (BCS Championships in 2011 and 2012 and CFP National Championships in 2015).

OFF THE FIELD

Father, Dave, served on the police forced for nearly 30 years.
Brother, Mike, attended the United States Naval Academy and was a LB for Navy Midshipmen Football. Following the 2016 season, he became a commissioned Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.
Married his wife, Emma, on May 1, 2021. They have three children, twin boys, Duke and Ford, and a daughter, Stella. Ford and Duke were born in June 2023, and Stella was born in October of 2024.
Lost their first-born daughter, Mary Kate, to a miscarriage in 2021. Since then, the couple has been advocates for families and youth in need.
Represented Concerns of Police Survivors (2018-21) and Count the Kicks (2022-23) as part of the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative.
Earned his bachelor's degree in business management and his master's degree in marketing from Alabama.
Was teammates with current Browns and former Vikings LB Jordan Hicks at Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio.
Was teammates with Vikings DL Jonathan Allen during his final three seasons at Alabama (2013-15).
