Biography
Lauter originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Las Vegas Raiders following the 2026 NFL Draft out of Boise State. In addition to the Raiders, he also experienced a short stint with the Tennessee Titans during the 2026 preseason. A native of Gainesville, Fla., Lauter spent five seasons at Boise State (2021-25). After redshirting in 2021, he appeared in 54 career games and recorded 97 receptions for 1,146 yards and 12 touchdowns. As a redshirt junior in 2024, Lauter led all Mountain West tight ends with seven receiving touchdowns, tied for the fifth most among all tight ends in the NCAA.
