• Ranks 2nd in Vikings history with 35 TD passes in a season in 2020, and his 8 games with 3+ passing TDs in 2020 is a Vikings record, passing Daunte Culpepper's 7 in 2000.

• Is 5th in Vikings history in QB starts (47) and 6th in wins (25).

• His 17 career games with 300+ passing yards, 3+ TDs and 115.0+ passer rating are the most in the opening 9 seasons of a QB's career in NFL history.

• His 107.4 passer rating in 2019 marked a personal best and stands as the 2nd-highest single-season rating in franchise history (Daunte Culpepper, 110.9 passer rating in 2004).

• Posted 5 games with an 80.0% completion mark in 2019 (min. 10 attempts), a single-season NFL record.

• Became the 3rd-fastest player in NFL history to complete 2,000 passes vs. Denver (11/17/19), needing only 89 games.

• Cousins' 137.1 passer rating in the month of October in 2019 was the 2nd-highest in a month in NFL history, trailing only Peyton Manning's 138.0 rating in September of 2013. Earned NFC Offensive Player of the Month for his efforts.

OFF THE FIELD

• Married his wife, Julie, in the 2014 offseason. The couple welcomed their 1st child, Cooper, in the fall of 2017 and their 2nd, Turner, in the spring of 2019.

• Father, Don, is a minister and his mother, MaryAnn, is a flight attendant.

• Brother, Kyle, lettered 4 times as a pitcher at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

• Published his 1st book, Game Changers: Faith, Football, & Finding Your Way, in 2013.

• Graduated from Michigan State with 3.68 GPA in kinesiology.

• A frequent guest speaker at churches around the country.

• Surprised 50 children from People Serving People, the region's largest homeless shelter, with a Halloween party in 2019, buying the kids' costumes before ending the night at TCO Performance Center.

• Together with Sleep Number, surprised Minnesota student athletes selected as the Vikings 2019 Community Captains.

• Supported Urban Homeworks, a nonprofit that builds affordable housing in urban areas, through the 2018 My Cause My Cleats campaign.

• Annually holds a summer youth football camp in Holland, MI, and held his 1st in Minnesota in June 2019.

• In October of 2018 launched the Julie and Kirk Cousins Foundation, which aims to inspire generosity in others and make famous the generous heart of God.

• Partnered with Hy-Vee on a cereal, Cousins CinnaMinn Snaps, in 2020 with all proceeds to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities.
