Biography
Joejuan Williams signs with the Vikings after spending the past four seasons with the New England Patriots, who drafted him in the second round (45th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. The Nashville, Tennessee, native has appeared in 36 regular-season games (one start) and has tallied 41 tackles (31 solo), eight passes defensed and one quarterback hit. He has also played in two postseason games (one start) and registered six solo tackles. Williams was placed on injured reserve on Aug. 16, 2022, where he remained for the 2022 season. At Vanderbilt, he saw action in 36 games over three seasons and posted 119 tackles, 30 passes defensed, four interceptions and one forced fumble.
