Biography
Jermar Jefferson was selected by the Detroit Lions in the seventh round (257th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Oregon State. He spent his rookie season on the Lions active roster and the 2022-24 seasons on the team's practice squad. In 2025, he spent the preseason with the Tennessee Titans and the remainder of the year as a member of the Arizona Cardinals practice squad. In his NFL career, he has appeared in 11 games (nine with Detroit and two with Arizona) and recorded 96 yards and two touchdowns on 21 rushing attempts and 33 receiving yards on five receptions.
