Biography
Jahvaree Ritzie (pronounced JAH-vuh-ree RIT-zee) entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the New England Patriots following the 2025 NFL Draft out of North Carolina. He signed a futures contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers in January of 2026 and was waived in May. In 51 games (20 starts) with the Tar Heels, Ritzie recorded 138 total tackles, including 10.5 for loss, 9.0 sacks, one interception, three passes defensed and two forced fumbles.
