2025 | CAROLINA PANTHERS/JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

• Spent majority of the season on the Carolina Panthers practice squad.
• Appeared in three games for the Panthers, playing mainly on special teams. He registered seven kickoff returns for 141 yards and four total tackles on special teams. Also had one carry on offense.
• Saw action in three games after being signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars, notching two carries for 21 yards and six kickoff returns for 180 yards (30 average), ranking fourth in the NFL in yards per kickoff return (Weeks 16-18).

• Notched one reception for a one-yard touchdown in Week 17 at the L.A. Rams.
• In Week 15 vs. New England, recorded four carries for 15 yards and saw action on special teams.
• Returned four kickoffs for 114 yards (28.5 average) in Week 4 against Washington.
• In Week 1 at Buffalo, returned three kickoffs for 123 yards (41 average), including a 96-yard return for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

2023 | SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

• Played in 17 games and recorded 10 carries for 36 yards, six receptions for 26 yards and 17 kickoff returns for 440 yards.
• Recorded two rushes for 10 yards, one punt return for eight yards and two kickoff returns for 53 yards (26.5 average) in Week 12 vs. San Francisco.
• In Week 3 vs. Carolina, registered two carries for seven yards and two kickoff returns for 55 yards (27.5 average).

2022 | SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

• Saw action in 15 games, tallying 35 carries for 186 yards and 17 receptions for 126 yards. Also returned 14 punts for 102 yards and 12 kickoffs for 270 yards.
• Tallied seven carries for 43 yards, three receptions for a season-high 55 yards and two punt returns for eight yards in Week 17 vs. the N.Y. Jets.
• In Week 16 vs. Kansas City, recorded a season-high six receptions for 32 yards, two carries for 10 yards and two punt returns for 12 yards.
• Recorded a season-high 10 carries for 37 yards at the L.A. Rams in Week 13.

2021 | SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

• Played in 17 games and recorded 33 carries for 138 yards and two touchdowns, as well as 21 receptions for 133 yards.
• Tallied one carry for a one-yard touchdown at Arizona in Week 18.
• Registered one carry for a one-yard touchdown in Week 17 vs. Detroit.
• In Week 15 at the L.A. Rams, had eight carries for 41 yards and three receptions for 11 yards
• Recorded a season-high five receptions for 32 yards and four carries for 17 yards in Week 6 at Pittsburgh.

2020 | SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

• Appeared in 12 games with two starts, rushing 34 times for 108 yards and two touchdowns. He also recorded 17 receptions for 111 yards and one touchdown.
• In Week 9 vs. Buffalo, started at running back, tallying seven carries for 31 yards and one touchdown and two receptions for eight yards.
• Started at running back in Week 8 vs. San Francisco, recording a career-high 18 carries for 41 yards and one touchdown, as well as five receptions for 17 yards and one touchdown.

COLLEGE - MIAMI

• Played 35 games with 10 starts in three seasons (2017-19) at Miami, totaling 265 carries for 1,527 yards (7.6 avg.) and 17 touchdowns. Also notched 28 career receptions for 317 yards (11.3 avg.) and two touchdowns, 11 punt returns for 191 yards (17.4 avg.) and a touchdown and 20 kickoff returns for 420 yards.
• As a junior in 2019, started all 10 games and led the team in rushing yards (693) and rushing touchdowns (eight) on 115 carries (11.5 avg.). Recorded 14 catches for 140 yards and two touchdowns.
• In his sophomore season in 2018, played all 13 games and led the team with 1,260 all-purpose yards and six rushing touchdowns. Registered 109 carries for 617 yards (8.4 avg.) and six touchdowns, 10 receptions for 85 yards, 17 kickoff returns for 367 yards (21.6 avg.) and 11 punt returns for 191 yards (17.4 avg.) and a touchdown.
• Saw action in 12 games as a true freshman in 2017, tallying 41 carries for 217 yards (5.3 avg.) and three touchdowns, along with four receptions for 92 yards.

• Ranked No. 15 athlete nationwide and No. 196 overall prospect regardless of position by Rivals.
• Rated No. 231 prospect nationwide by ESPN300 and No. 16 best athlete.

• Played quarterback, receiver, running back and defensive back. Also returned punts and kickoffs.

• Led the Terrors to an 11-2 record his senior season.
• Rushed for 168 yards and totaled 135 passing yards in final game of high school career in state quarterfinals.
• Totaled 1,139 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns in junior season, as well as 678 passing yards and seven passing touchdowns.

OFF THE FIELD

• Is a cattle rancher and owns a cattle farm in Florida.
• Founded The DeeJay Dallas Foundation in 2023, which hosts youth football camps.
• He and his wife, Yasmin, have three sons.
