EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Friday ruled out linebacker Brian Asamoah II ahead of visiting the Packers in Week 8.
Asamoah did not practice this week because of an ankle injury.
Minnesota (3-4) listed guard Ezra Cleveland (foot) and receiver Jalen Nailor (hamstring) as questionable. Both were listed as limited participants all week. Nailor remains in his 21-day observation window after being designated to return from Injured Reserve.
Running back Kene Nwangwu (illness) was added to the report Friday. He did not participate and is listed as questionable a week after making his 2023 debut. UPDATE: Nwangwu was ruled out for the game on Saturday.
T.J. Hockenson (foot), who caught 11 passes for 86 yards on 12 targets despite leaving the game twice Monday, did not receive a designation and is expected to be available.
Kickoff is scheduled for noon (CT) Sunday at Lambeau Field.
