EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings returned to practice Wednesday in advance of visiting the Bears at noon (CT) Sunday in Week 2 of 2026.
The Vikings are also scheduled to practice Thursday and Friday. Players will receive game status designations on Friday.
In addition to QB Kyler Murray, who is in concussion protocol, two defensive starters were included on the injury report. Linebacker Blake Cashman (wrist) and outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel (chest) are on the injury report.
Tackle Brian O'Neill (knee) also was listed.
Receiver Jauan Jennings did not participate in Wednesday's practice because of a personal reason.
Earlier Wednesday, the Vikings placed running back Jordan Mason (thumb) on Injured Reserve.
Chicago has multiple players on its injury report, including running backs D'Andre Swift (ankle/knee) and Kyle Monangai (hamstring), who helped the Bears rush for 291 yards and six touchdowns in Week 1.
