EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings ruled out defensive end Everson Griffen on Friday ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers at San Francisco.
Griffen has been dealing with a personal matter.
Minnesota listed safety Camryn Bynum (ankle), safety Josh Metellus and guard Wyatt Davis (ankle) as questionable.
Bynum was added to the injury report on Thursday.
Metellus was activated Friday from Reserve/COVID-19.
Cornerback Bashaud Breeland (groin), linebacker Anthony Barr (knee) and receiver K.J. Osborn (knee) did not receive a designation for the game and are expected to be available.
Defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson is on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and has been ruled out for Sunday's game.
