Guide to Game Day: Vikings-Bears

The Vikings (10-5) will host the Bears (7-8) at noon (CT) Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.

This will be the 118th meeting between the teams and fourth consecutive season that Minnesota has hosted Chicago in Week 17.

Counterfeit Tickets

Due to high demand for the game against the Bears, the Vikings encourage all fans to be aware of potential fraudulent tickets and diligent with their ticket purchases.

The only authorized sources for Vikings tickets are on-line thru Vikings.com, Ticketmaster, NFL TicketExchange, StubHub and SeatGeek. Purchasing tickets from any other on-line source, such as Craig's List, Facebook, etc. is done at the buyer's risk and is discouraged. Additionally, PDFs, printed tickets, or screenshots are very likely fraudulent and should not be purchased.

Please note Vikings tickets are digital-only and will be transferred to recipients via the Vikings, Ticketmaster or StubHub apps. Stadium entry is done thru accessing tickets on a mobile device. Screenshots are not accepted for entry. Finally, secondary market prices can be extremely high; if a deal appears to be too good to be true, it likely is, so please remain extremely cautious with non-authorized sales sources. The selling of tickets on U.S. Bank Stadium property is illegal.

Mobile Entry

Tickets are accessible via the Vikings app or the online My Vikings Account portal and can be saved to fans' mobile devices. No hard tickets or printed PDFs are available. Digital tickets allow for better communication between the team and fans, reduce fraud and counterfeit tickets, provide flexibility to manage, transfer or sell tickets at any time and offer quick and easy entry into the stadium using a smartphone.

Step 1: Download and open the free Minnesota Vikings App (available for Apple and Android devices).

Step 2: Navigate to the Tickets tab and sign in using email and password for My Vikings Account.

Step 3: Select the event to attend and click View Barcode to load ticket(s) ahead of time to scan for entry.

Step 4: View ticket barcode before arriving to the event. Swipe left to view more than one ticket.

* Fans can also add the tickets to Apple Wallet for guaranteed easy access on game day.

The Vikings sent the Flyers to Los Angeles earlier this month to play a scrimmage against a team sponsored by the Chargers.
