EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Friday ruled out defensive lineman Dean Lowry for Sunday's Week 9 game at the Atlanta Falcons.
Lowry suffered a groin injury last week at Green Bay.
Linebacker Brian Asamoah II (ankle), receiver Jalen Nailor (hamstring) and guard Chris Reed (foot) were listed as questionable.
Cornerback Akayleb Evans (neck) and receivers K.J. Osborn (chest) and Brandon Powell (shoulder) did not receive designations and are expected to be available.
Tackle Christian Darrisaw (groin) was added to the report Friday but fully participated. He did not receive a designation and is expected to be available for the game.
Nailor and Reed, the latter of whom returned to practice Wednesday, are in their 21-day observation windows.
Kickoff is scheduled for noon (CT) Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Update, Nov. 4: The Vikings downgraded Darrisaw to questionable and Reed (foot) to out on Saturday.
