EAGAN, Minn. — The Minnesota Vikings (10-2) on Friday ruled out veteran cornerback Stephon Gilmore ahead of hosting the Atlanta Falcons (6-6) at noon (CT) Sunday.
Gilmore suffered a hamstring injury in Week 13 against Arizona and was replaced by veteran Fabian Moreau.
The Vikings listed outside linebackers Andrew Van Ginkel (thigh) and Pat Jones II (knee), guard Dalton Risner (back), long snapper Andrew DePaola (hand) and kicker Will Reichard (right quadriceps) as questionable.
DePaola and Reichard are on Injured Reserve-Designated for Return and opened their 21-day evaluation windows on Tuesday.
Defensive lineman Harrison Phillips (back) was added to the injury report and also is questionable.
The other players on Minnesota's report because of injuries (not rest) — defensive lineman Jonathan Bullard (toe), linebacker Blake Cashman (knee), tight end Josh Oliver (wrist/ankle) and safety Jay Ward (elbow) — did not receive designations and are expected to be available.
