Michelle Vaughn-Bailey is the Northeast Director of Competition Experience for Varsity, bringing over 20 years of passion, creativity, and leadership to the dance and sports entertainment world. She also works both on and off the court as the Game Director for the WNBA's Connecticut Sun, where she helps shape the fan and team experience. A former Head Coach for the Connecticut Sun Dance Team, Michelle has performed and choreographed for major artists, live productions, and professional teams including the Golden State Warriors, Boston Celtics, and Miami Dolphins. Known for her dynamic choreography and powerful presence, her work continues to inspire dancers and programs nationwide.
