Tuf Borland

• Started 31 of the 49 career games he played at Ohio State, joining only J.T. Barrett in Buckeye history as a 3-time captain. 

• Teammate with fellow 2021 Vikings rookie Wyatt Davis at OSU. 

• Named Honorable Mention All-Big Ten his final 3 seasons (2017-20), by league coaches and media.

• Earned Academic All-Big Ten 4 times, 2017-20.

• Helped Ohio State to Big Ten titles and a berth in the 2020 National Championship game vs. Alabama.

• Ended Buckeye career with 228 tackles, 19 TFLs and 6.5 sacks.

• Earned bachelor's degree in human development and family science and a master's degree in sports coaching at OSU, playing the 2020 season as a grad student. 

• Helped Bollingbrook, IL High to state playoffs each of his 4 seasons and was named All-State by Chicago Tribune 2 times.

• A 4-star recruit by 247Sports and Scout, also played baseball and basketball.

• Father, Kyle Borland, was a LB at Wisconsin, in the USFL with the Michigan Panthers ('83, '84) and the LA Rams in 1987.
