Taylor Brooks is in her fifth season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2025 and first as senior player personnel analyst after being promoted to her current title in June of 2025. She served as player personnel analyst during the 2022-24 seasons, after originally joining the organization as a scouting associate for the 2021 season. Brooks works across player personnel and player development, serving as the right-hand to General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, helping with high-level initiatives, administration and logistics for player personnel.

Brooks got her NFL start in 2020 as a player analytics intern with the Miami Dolphins, a position she held until 2021. In her role, she helped evaluate team performances by providing insight through statistical analysis, providing NFL rookie reports and college football production reports for scouts and by gathering pro day monitoring information to aggregate mock drafts in preparation for the NFL Draft.

Prior to joining the NFL, Brooks worked as a football recruiting host for Florida State, her alma mater. She aided FSU football with official and unofficial visits throughout the season, and in the offseason, verified that FSU football recruiting was in compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and provided information and tours to booster members to keep them up to date with facility changes and upgrades.

The Tampa, Fla., native was selected as a participant for the NFL Women's Careers in Football Forum in 2021 and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Women's Summit for Careers in Football in 2022.

Brooks received her Bachelor of Science in Statistics, with minors in mathematics and psychology, from FSU in 2019 and currently resides in Bloomington, Minn.
