Steven Wilf serves as the Vikings Executive Vice President of Innovation and Strategy. Wilf plays a leadership role in the Wilf family's real estate and sports and entertainment projects in Minnesota, Orlando, and nationally. He is active in the management of the Minnesota Vikings, Garden Homes, MV Ventures and WISE Ventures.  

As a partner in the Vikings Lakes development in Eagan, MN, Wilf is involved in daily operations surrounding financing, construction and leasing of the project. The Viking Lakes campus is home to the Omni Vikings Lakes Hotel, WISE Ventures' Esports, USA Curling and the United States Tennis Association Northern office. Wilf also played an integral role in the acquisition of the MLS' Orlando City Soccer Club and the NWSL's Orlando Pride.

Wilf is a Partner in Garden Homes and Skyline Developers, the family-owned, nationwide leaders in retail, commercial and private residential development based in Short Hills, N.J. A member of the Next Gen Real Estate Committee for UJA in New York, he serves on the New Development Committee for his alma mater, Newark Academy, is on the Next Gen for the First Tee of NY, is involved with the Space Innovation Council at the California Institute of Technology and is a Trustee of the Wilf Family Foundations. 

Wilf holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
