Steven Wilf serves as the Vikings Executive Vice President of Innovation and Strategy. Wilf plays a leadership role in the Wilf family's real estate and sports and entertainment projects in Minnesota and nationally and is active in the management of the Vikings, Garden Homes, MV Ventures and WISE Ventures.

As a partner in the Vikings Lakes development in Eagan, Minn., Wilf is involved in daily operations surrounding financing, construction and leasing of the project. The 200-acre mixed-use development features the Vikings headquarters and year-round training facility TCO Performance Center and has become one of the NFL's premier destinations for sports, business, health care and community engagement. The growing campus includes corporate office, medical, hospitality, retail, residential and recreational amenities, and the 6,000-seat TCO Stadium has emerged as a tremendous venue for sports and community events, welcoming thousands of visitors annually to Vikings training camp, high school football games, graduation ceremonies and the high school girls flag football state championship. Together, Viking Lakes and TCO Performance Center serve as a hub for youth sports, community programs and corporate events.

Wilf is a partner in Garden Homes, the family-owned, nationwide leader in retail, commercial and private residential development based in New Jersey and New York. A member of the Young Leadership Cabinet for Jewish Federation of North America, Wilf is on the Board of the Frist Tee of NY, is involved with the Space Innovation Council at the California Institute of Technology and is a Trustee of the Wilf Family Philanthropies.
