Before joining the Browns, DeLuca graduated from Arizona State in 2013 with a degree in business management and legal studies. DeLuca, who is a Philadelphia native, previously worked as a pro personnel intern with the Philadelphia Eagles in the summers of 2011 and 2012. Prior to interning in the Philadelphia personnel department, he worked as an equipment assistant for the Eagles from 2006-10. DeLuca resides in Minneapolis with his fiancé, Madisen.
