Quinn Gjersvig enters her eighth season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2025 and first as Director of Family Engagement after being promoted to her current title in June of 2025. In her role, she is the main liaison for families of players and coaches, supporting them during transitions, connecting them with benefits and creating opportunities to ensure families feel supported by the organization and connected to the community through a variety of service projects and relationship building opportunities.

In her role, she is the main liaison for families of players and coaches, supporting them during transitions, connecting them with benefits and creating opportunities to ensure families feel supported by the organization and connected to the community through a variety of service projects and relationship building opportunities.

Prior to her promotion, Gjersvig was senior manager of family engagement (2023-25), player and community relations manager (2022-23) and community relations coordinator (2018-22). During her time in community relations, Gjersvig was responsible for creating opportunities for the Vikings to give back to the local community.

Before joining the Vikings, Gjersvig spent time as community relations assistant with the Indianapolis Colts (2017-18), was a community engagement associate for the Philadelphia 76ers (2016-17) and a public relations intern for the Jacksonville Jaguars (2016).

Gjersvig received a Bachelor of Science in professional and organizational communication studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2015.
