Biography

The Minnesota Vikings named Nolan Teasley as the team's general manager on June 1, 2026. Teasley will lead the organization's football operation after 13 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, including the past three as the Seahawks assistant general manager. During his tenure in Seattle, Teasley played a role in nine playoff appearances, three Super Bowl runs, and two championships – Super Bowl LX after the 2025 season and Super Bowl XLVIII following the 2013 season.

As Seattle's assistant general manager, Teasley oversaw football operations while working alongside President of Football Operations/General Manager John Schneider in all aspects of player acquisition and team building. He assisted with roster construction and integrating data and analytics within the organization's scouting process. Teasley also managed the collaboration between the scouting staff, research and analytics departments and the coaching staff. He was involved in evaluating talent from NFL rosters and practice squads throughout the year, as well as playing a large role in the team's draft process.
