Lexus Blunt is in her fourth season with the Minnesota Vikings as an assistant athletic trainer in 2026. She has previous athletic training experience working in the NFL, at ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Fla., and covering the FHSAA Track and Field State Championships.

In 2025, Blunt helped plan and execute a 10-day international road trip to Dublin, Ireland, and London, England, as the Vikings became the first NFL team to play back-to-back games in two different countries. Alongside the player health and performance team, Blunt helped successfully transition football operations overseas, maintaining the standards of care and support players received during a typical game week.
