Daniel Wilf works with the family's real estate firm Garden Homes, a nationwide leader in retail, commercial and private residential development. Wilf is involved in all aspects of the New Jersey and New York-based real estate business, including property management, financing, marketing, construction, leasing and contract negotiations.

Wilf holds management roles with his family's other entities, including Orlando City SC, the Orlando Pride, WISE Ventures and MV Ventures. As the Wilfs' Minnesota-based real estate company, MV Ventures oversees the development of the 200-acre Viking Lakes campus that serves as home to the Vikings headquarters and training facility TCO Performance Center. The growing campus includes corporate office, medical, hospitality, retail, residential and recreational amenities, creating a year-round destination and extending the Vikings impact off the field.

The 6,000-seat TCO Stadium has also emerged as a tremendous venue for sports and community events, welcoming thousands of visitors annually to Vikings training camp, high school football games, graduation ceremonies and the high school girls flag football state championship. Together, Viking Lakes and TCO Performance Center serve as a hub for youth sports, community programs and corporate events.

Wilf earned his bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and his juris doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is involved with the Next Gen Committee and the Wilf Family Foundations, which have provided significant and impactful grants and donations to numerous national and international charitable causes. Wilf and his wife, Tara, reside in New York
