Claire Morrison enters her second season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2026 and her first as a football quantitative methods analyst. She spent the 2025 season as a football quantitative methods associate.
Prior to joining the Vikings, Morrison spent two seasons (2023-24) with the Jacksonville Jaguars as a football data scientist. In this role, she built a system that utilized data to break down the offensive and defensive side of the ball, aiding in game-planning, self-scout and in-game decision making.
Morrison holds a doctoral degree in behavioral, psychiatric and statistical genetics and a master's in quantitative methods for behavioral sciences from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to her studies, she served as a graduate student researcher in Boulder's Institute for Behavioral Genetics from 2018-23.
A native of Sacramento, Calif., Morrison earned her bachelor's degree in biopsychology, cognition & neuroscience at the University of Michigan.
