ADA Overview

The Minnesota Vikings and US Bank Stadium want to create a stadium and game-day experience that not only complies with the ADA, but which allows patrons with disabilities, along with their families and friends, to enjoy equal access to all the comforts of US Bank Stadium. Stadium access, parking, seating, signage, concessions, services, restrooms, concourses and other amenities have been constructed to follow the requirements and guidelines of the ADA as well as state and local laws and regulations relating to patrons with disabilities.

ADA Ticket Exchanges

The Minnesota Vikings/SMG goal is to meet ADA demand from ADA qualified patrons. The exchange policy facilitates making ADA seats available for ADA qualified patrons. Tickets acquired from unauthorized outlets will not be honored. Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. The Vikings/SMG reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, ejection, or revocation of season ticket accounts.

Exchanges from ADA Seats to Reserved Seats

ADA sections are for qualified patrons and their guests only. To best accommodate other fans wishing to purchase ADA seating, if a Season Ticket Member of record is unable to attend a home game and wishes to give tickets to non-ADA qualified persons, the Vikings ask the Season Ticket Account Member of record to notify the Vikings Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into non-ADA seating. Please be aware that the relocation of these seats is based solely upon ticket availability, therefore advanced notice is beneficial. If non-ADA qualified patrons are utilizing the ticket(s), the Vikings reserve the right to relocate the ticket holder to any available non-ADA seat(s). Any price increase differential resulting from any exchange is the responsibility of the ticket holder. Game-day ADA ticket exchanges are based on seat availability on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. Ticket exchanges are only allowed by the Season Ticket Member of record.

Exchanges from Reserved Seats to ADA Seats

If a Season Ticket Member of record has a temporary need to utilize ADA seating for a home game(s) the Season Ticket Member of record must notify the Vikings Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into ADA seating. Please be aware that the relocation of these seats is based solely upon ticket availability, therefore advance notice is beneficial so the Vikings can better meet specific ADA needs. Game-day ADA ticket exchanges are based on ADA seat availability on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Any price increase differential resulting from any exchange is the responsibility of the ticket holder.

Exchanges for single game ticket buyers

If a single game ticket buyer needs to exchange tickets for ADA seating please notify the Vikings Ticket Office. Please be aware that the relocation of these seats is based solely upon ticket availability. Exchanges are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Any price increase differential resulting from any exchange is the responsibility of the ticket holder. Single game tickets must have been purchased through the Minnesota Vikings Ticket Office or one of its authorized retailers.

ADA Ambulatory Seating

If a Season Ticket Member of record has a temporary need to utilize ADA Ambulatory seating for a home game(s) the Season Ticket Member of record must notify the Vikings Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into ADA seating.

Unsold ADA Seats

Wheelchair and companion seats not sold on a season or single game basis and not held for the purpose of relocating other fans with disabilities may be sold to non-wheelchair users at the Minnesota Vikings discretion.

Assistive Animals

Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or 'service animals' are the only animals permitted inside US Bank Stadium. The patron is responsible for the actions and for meeting all needs of the 'service animal,' including clean up.

Wheelchair Assistance

A limited number of wheelchairs are available at each gate to assist in getting guests to and from the gates to their seating area. There is no fee for this service, and no reservations are necessary. Guests merely need to request wheelchair assistance when they arrive to the gate. Wheelchair assistance is limited to getting to and from seating sections, and emergency assistance. If a guest wishes to have a wheelchair for general use while visiting US Bank Stadium, they will need to arrange to bring their own wheelchair to the stadium.

Power/Recharging

Electrical outlets are available in ADA area's to recharge scooters and electric wheelchairs.

Stadium Gates

All stadium gates are accessible to fans with disabilities. Fans are encouraged to use the gate suggested on their ticket for the most direct route to their seats.

Nut allergy

We are unable to guarantee that customers will not be exposed to peanuts or other tree nuts during Viking games, and we strongly encourage customers to take all necessary medical precautions to prepare for the possibility of exposure.
