The Vikings are working with elected officials, business, labor and community leaders in an effort to advance the team’s stadium development project during the 2010 Legislative Session. Building a new home for Vikings football will provide fans with a state-of-the-art facility that features wider concourses, easily accessible concourses, more restrooms and an enhanced overall game day experience. Addressing the issue in 2010 will give the state a major multi-use facility, keep the Vikings in Minnesota for the next generation and provide much-needed employment and economic activity at a critical time.
