How do I access my season ticket invoice or make payment?

Log in to your My Vikings Account HERE to view your invoice and make payments.

I am being asked to update my password, is this legitimate?

In order to provide better security and ease of access, Ticketmaster has upgraded to a universal login that will allow fans to consolidate their Ticketmaster accounts that use the same email address. You will be prompted to update your password and verify your email address and phone number. This update will connect your log in information across all accounts on the Ticketmaster platform that share the same email address.

What are my benefits as a Vikings Season Ticket Member?

Where can I view a stadium pricing map?

View the stadium pricing map HERE. Please note season ticket prices set in 2020 remain the same for 2021.

Where can I view the schedule?

The complete NFL Schedule with game dates/times is anticipated to be released in April.

How do I relocate my seats?

There is not a formal seat relocation process due to the Stadium Builders Licenses (SBLs). For more guidance, please contact the Vikings Ticket Office.

How do I sell my Stadium Builders License?

STR Marketplace is the Official Stadium Builders License Marketplace of U.S. Bank Stadium. Click HERE to learn more. Please note, you may not sell your SBL(s) without payment on the season tickets after the initial invoice deadline of March 5th.

Can I set up my account for auto renewal?

Yes, please contact the Vikings Ticket Office for more details.

When is my payment due?

The first payment installment is due Friday, March 5. If you choose to renew in two installments, the second and final installment will be due Friday, April 16. To view your 2021 Invoice, please log in to your My Vikings Account HERE

I left my money on the account as an account credit, what now?

It has been applied to your 2021 Season Ticket Invoice. To view your 2021 Invoice, please log in to your My Vikings Account HERE

Are Vikings tickets all digital in 2021?

Yes, Vikings tickets and stadium entry are all digital. Barcodes must be viewed on a mobile device. Please see HERE how to use digital ticketing.

How can I view Covid-19 safety policies?

What if a game is canceled, played without fans or is played with a reduced capacity that prevents me from attending?

You will receive the option of a full refund of your ticket purchase price or a credit automatically applied to your account.

I have a Minnesota Vikings season ticket account that includes a parking pass. When can I expect the pass to be available on my account?

One parking pass will be available on season ticket accounts for every four club seats purchased. You will be able to see your parking pass the first week of June.

How to Access and Pay Your Invoice

• Step 1: Log in to My Vikings Account with your email and password.

• Step 2: Click on Pay Invoice button on the main page or the Invoices tab in the upper menu. 

• Step 3: Review your seat location and the invoice summary, then select the continue button.

• Step 4: Choose the Payment Options. Select Pay in Full from the dropdown menu. If you wish to pay half now, click 2021 Season Ticket Payment Plan. The second installment will be automatically withdrawn on the second payment deadline.

• Step 5: Review or select your payment method. You can select Edit/Add to make changes or add a new a Credit or Debit Card. Enter your CVV to confirm the card.

• Step 6: Select the check box to accept the terms & conditions and click the "Pay Now" button which should become highlighted in purple once all above steps are complete.

If you selected the "Season Ticket Payment Plan", half of the invoice total is charged now and the final half is automatically processed Friday, April 16 on the same credit card.
