The 2026 NFL Scouting Combine presented by Microsoft Copilot opens next week and runs through March 1.
The annual event offers invited participants the opportunity to participate in on-field workouts, as well as timing and testing drills, as they continue their prolonged job interviews with NFL teams.
A total of 319 draft-eligible prospects have been invited this year.
The event began with the goal of gaining consolidated medical evaluations of players at a shared cost. While physical examinations remain a central part, teams also use the opportunity to meet with individual prospects to assess personality traits and football IQ.
In addition to being a career fair unlike any other, the combine offers quite the gabfest, with media coverage expanding past video of on-field workouts to include interviews with coaches and personnel department leaders ahead of the New League Year and the opening of 2026 free agency at 3 p.m. (CT) on March 11.
Here is information on media sessions and workouts.
