EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings are hosting the Philadelphia Eagles at noon (CT) Sunday, Oct. 19, as part of Week 7.
While Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" with mentions of ice and snow will again be part of the playlist at U.S. Bank Stadium, another of the band's tunes — "Rock and Roll" — is apropos on the way to Minnesota's first home game since Sept. 21.
It's been a long time since I rock and rolled
It's been a long time since I did the stroll
Ooh, let me get it back, let me get it back
Let me get it back, baby, where I come from
It's been a long time, been a long time
Been a long lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely time …
The Vikings (3-2) are back in action after a Week 6 bye and hosting the Eagles (4-2) for the first time since 2019.
