EAGAN, Minn. -Clio Sports on Wednesday announced the 2018 Clio Sports Winners in the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Shortlisted categories. The Minnesota Vikings are recipients of the following awards:
• Social Media - Social Video – Believing in Miracles – Silver
• Digital/Mobile - Virtual/Augmented Reality – Augmenting Game Day – Bronze
• Multi-Platform Campaign – Conquering a Season with Viking Quest – Bronze
• Social Media - Social Video – Capturing a 'Miracle' on Camera – Shortlist
• Single Platform Campaign – Vikings Color Outside the Lines on Snapchat – Shortlist
The "Believing in Miracles" entry received the second-highest honor and was driven by fan submissions and media reactions to the memorable Minneapolis Miracle play that took place on Jan. 17 in the Divisional playoff game against the Saints. The play resulted in a dramatic Vikings win that evening, and the moment has reverberated and resulted in a flurry of award-show wins for the Vikings organization.

Clio Sports was created in 2014 to honor the best in sports advertising and marketing. Every year, an elite panel of judges sifts through hundreds of credible entries to determine who's-who in sports marketing. This year's Clio Sports trophy presentation show is set to be held on May 21 at Capitale in New York City. The program will be hosted by NFL Legend and NFL media personality Deion Sanders.
