EDEN PRAIRE, Minn. —Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer on Friday said* *cornerback Terence Newman (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints at U.S. Bank Stadium.
Newman was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, did not participate in Minnesota's practice on Thursday and retuned to practice as a limited participant on Friday.
Defensive end Everson Griffen (foot) was first listed on the injury report after Thursday's practice as a limited participant and returned to practice as a full participant Friday. Griffen is likely to play.
Defensive tackle Shamar Stephen (ankle) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Stephen was listed as a full participant to Friday and is likely to play.
Tight end Kyle Rudolph (ankle), fullback C.J. Ham (neck), safety Anthony Harris (knee), cornerback Xavier Rhodes (foot) and center Pat Elflein (shoulder) were all full participants in practice this week and are expected to play on Sunday.
On Wednesday, Rudolph said that the bye week through the first round helped and that he "feels a lot better after the time off."
Elflein also confirmed that he is ready to play this weekend in the locker room this week.
Update: The Vikings activated quarterback Sam Bradford to the 53-man roster on Saturday morning and waived tight end Kyle Carter.
The Saints have released the club's injury report for Sunday.
Wide reciever Brandon Coleman (neck) did not practice this week and was listed as out for Sunday.
Linebacker Michael Mauti (illness) was added to the injury report on Thursday and did not practice on Thursday or Friday. Mauti is listed as questionable.
QB Taysom Hill was added to the injury report on Friday and did not practice. He is also listed as questionable.
