ATLANTA — Vikings rookie quarterback Jaren Hall, who made his first career start Sunday, left the game in the first quarter after suffering a concussion.

Hall led the Vikings to the Falcons 1-yard line on his second possession of the game.

Facing a third-and-goal from the 4, he scrambled to the 1 before taking on a hit from Jeff Okudah and Kaden Elliss.

Teammates called for the Vikings training staff, and Hall quickly headed to the Vikings locker room.

Joshua Dobbs, who was acquired with a trade Tuesday, replaced Hall. Dobbs is Minnesota's only other active quarterback.

Kirk Cousins suffered a season-ending Achilles injury at Green Bay in Week 8, and veteran backup Nick Mullens is on Injured Reserve.
