EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Friday ruled out linebacker Anthony Barr (knee) and Michael Pierce (elbow) ahead of playing the Chargers Sunday in Los Angeles.
Barr has been working through a knee injury but had played 100 percent (313) of Minnesota's defensive snaps in the past four games.
Pierce has been sidelined since leaving Minnesota's Week 4 game against Cleveland. He had initially suffered elbow and shoulder injuries in the practice week that preceded the Browns game but tried to play through them.
Cornerback Bashaud Breeland (groin) was listed as questionable.
