The following high schools will participate:

Eden Prairie

La Crescent-Hokah

Minneapolis Washburn

Park Cottage Grove

Rosemount

St. Louis Park

St. Cloud Tech

Following a 2024 pilot program that included just four teams in 2024, the Vikings in 2025 launched the inaugural girls flag football season that included 51 teams and culminated with the Mahtomedi Zephyrs earning the first state title at TCO Stadium last summer. The league more than doubled from 51 to 104 schools in 2026 with 100 percent of the schools who participated in 2025 returning for a second year. A complete list of high schools that participated in 2026 can be found here.
