Zimmer Addresses The Media on Friday

Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer

We started today a little bit slow, but we got going better as we got going. We got a nice little card from one of the Make-A-Wish guys this week, Alex, who was out here last week. He said, "Dear, Mr. Zimmer, thanks for letting me watch your practice last Saturday, it was fun. The players were nice and signed my Viking helmet. My grandpa said to expect good luck for you because you have used up all of your bad luck already." I appreciate Alex.

Q: Do you feel like Alex is right?

A: We need to make our good luck.

Q: How is Josh Robinson doing?

A: I don't know. We will find out a little bit more tomorrow.

Q: Did he practice at all today?

A: He did not practice.

Q: If Robinson can't go, would Jabari Price be the guy in that spot?

A: I don't know.

Q: What have you seen out of Jabari Price so far this season?

A: He's had a good week of practice. We continue to want to get him in the game. He's a tough kid, good athlete.

Q: Does Price's bigger body help against Tampa Bay's bigger receivers?

A: They've got big receivers, that's for sure.

Q: How did Josh Robinson get hurt?

A: Individual drills.

Q: Do you look at cornerback's injuries differently because what is asked of them in games?

A: No, if he can go, he will go.

Q: What is it that you like about Joe Berger?

A: He's a smart guy. He's been doing everything he's supposed to do. He's been able to play multiple positions and he's got good chemistry in the room.

Q: Will Berger possibly start?

A: I don't know, we'll see. Vlad (Ducasse) practiced today, so we'll see.
