Smoked Venison Meatballs
1 lb. ground Venison (or lean ground beef)
2 large eggs
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Approximately 1 – 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs (until excess moisture is absorbed by bread crumbs)
Roll into equal size balls (1 to 2 inches in size) and place on a greased baking sheet. Grill on a pellet smoker (of Bake in oven) at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip meatballs after 10 minutes.
For spaghetti or meatball subs, simmer meatballs in marinara sauce for 10 to 15 minutes prior to serving for best taste.
