Easy Herb Pasta Noodles

Makes about 2 quarts

Recipe details

1 lbs. - Spaghetti or any dry pasta noodle                 

1 ½ cup - Olive oil              

1 cup - Garlic, chopped

½ cup - Basil, dry                

½ cup - Oregano, fresh     chopped

½ cup - Parsley, fresh       

As needed - Black pepper                

As needed - Red chili pepper flakes             

As needed - Kosher salt   

1 cup - Parmesan, grated

Preparation Steps

Cook pasta al dente. Rinse well. Don’t add oil. Set aside in a large bowl. In a large saucepan heat olive oil. Once hot, add garlic, basil, fresh and dry oregano, parsley, black pepper and red chili pepper flakes. Immediately remove from heat. Add the “sauce” to the pasta, toss well to coat. Taste. Adjust seasonings as needed. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve.
