Digital ticketing With the Vikings shifting to digital ticketing, fans can access, manage and print their tickets directly through the mobile app.
• After downloading the Vikings app through the App Store or Google Play, locate the "Tickets" icon along the bottom tab bar. Note: if you are operating an Android phone, all menu items will be located in the upper left-hand corner rather than the bottom bar.
• Log-in with your MyVikings account and click "Events" to see your available tickets for upcoming Vikings games.
• If you wish to transfer your tickets, click "Manage" in the upper right-hand corner of the app. After selecting the seat you'd like to transfer, follow the prompts for contact information on the following screen.
• When you arrive at a Vikings game, scan your devices at the gates by placing your phone near one of the PORTS (Point of Reception Ticket Scanners). If you opted to print your tickets at home, simply scan the barcode at one of the PORTS.
If at any point on game day you run into a problem, locate one of the "Purple People" who are available to answer any of your app or ticketing questions. They'll be dressed similar to the Where's Waldo character, but unlike the popular children's book character, the Purple People will be easy to spot in a crowd. U.S. Bank Stadium special features The Vikings app will also give you access to special features while at U.S. Bank Stadium.
