Vikings Express Pass
U.S. Bank Stadium is enhancing the fan arrival experience with the expansion of a new voluntary Vikings Express Pass program powered by biometric authentication technology. The new system allows enrolled guests to enter through designated lanes using facial authentication, eliminating the need to scan tickets or present a mobile device at the gate. Fans simply walk through the entry lane while their ticket is automatically validated, creating a seamless and efficient arrival experience. The technology is designed to reduce wait times, improve convenience, and complement the stadium's existing touchless security screening process. If your guests' tickets are still on your account, they can walk in with you and with one facial scan and your whole crew can enter together.
Participation is completely optional, and traditional ticket scanning options will remain available for all guests.
Gates with Vikings Express Pass currently available: Legacy Gates, Upper 3M Gate, Ticketmaster Gate, CFMOTO Gate and Ecolab Gate.
FAQ:
How do I register?
1. Log in through the registration link in your email using the Vikings Ticketmaster account associated with your Vikings game tickets. They must match to enter using Vikings Express Pass.
2. Take a selfie when prompted (you can retake your selfie at any time).
3. Select the Enroll Now option and your account is ready to go!
Can I enter at any gate if I sign up?
No, equipment is currently set up at select lanes of the Legacy Gates, Upper 3M Gate, Ticketmaster Gate, CFMOTO Gate and Ecolab gate.
Can I register at the game?
Due to the process of taking a selfie, for which a clean backdrop is needed, and the potential for increasing wait times, we do not recommend registering at the stadium. Please do so in advance of the game.
Does this cost anything to join?
No, this program is optional and complimentary.
Does this sign up change my entry process at the security lines?
This biometric entry program is currently only for ticket entry. The U.S. Bank Stadium security experience now has new OpenGate security screening technology at every entry point. The advanced contactless system allows guests to move through security screening without removing items from their pockets or having approved bags physically inspected, helping create a faster and more convenient entry process while enhancing stadium security. Pairing it with Vikings Express Pass creates a seamless and efficient arrival experience.
Do I still need to use my tickets to get in?
Registered fans will no longer have to take out their phones to scan their tickets at the listed gates (no more app or wallet needed unless you are using a secondary scan at a club space). Simply face the biometric scanner and the tickets will show up.
How do I take my selfie?
The Wicket link makes the process straightforward, but the ideal background for taking a picture is one with only the individual included, as well as little background details as possible.
How can I change my selfie?
The selfie process is very fast for this program, and we do not have a delay option on a selfie timer. If you wish to retake your selfie, click your profile icon in the upper right side and then select manage selfies.
