Vikings Express Pass is a trial program designed to give you quicker entry through designated ticket lanes at the Ticketmaster gate and Upper Pentair gate at U.S. Bank Stadium. With Express Pass, you'll breeze right in with one simple registration for frictionless game day access using biometric facial recognition technology. Even better, if your guests' tickets are still on your account, they can walk in with you through the Express Pass Lane. One facial scan, and your whole crew can enter together.
This program is completely optional, and Express Pass is currently available only at designated ticket lates at the Ticketmaster gate and Upper Pentair gate.

How do I register?
1. Log in through the registration link in your email using the Vikings Ticketmaster account associated with your Vikings game tickets. They must match to enter using Express Pass.
2. Take a selfie when prompted (you can retake your selfie at any time).
3. Select the Enroll Now option and your account is ready to go!
Can I enter at any gate if I sign up?
No, we only have the equipment set up at select lanes of the Ticketmaster gate and Upper Pentair gate at this time.
Can I register at the game?
Currently, we do not recommend this due to taking the selfie process and not having a clean backdrop available.
Does this cost anything to join?
This program is completely optional and complimentary.
Does this sign up change my entry process at the security lines?
This biometric entry program is currently only for ticket entry.
Do I still need to use my tickets to get in?
Fans will no longer have to take out their phones to scan their tickets if they sign up (no more app or wallet needed). They just face the biometric scanner and their tickets will show up.
How do I take my selfie?
The Wicket link makes the process straight forward, but ideal background for taking a picture is one with just the individual in it as well as little background details as possible.
How can I change my selfie?
The selfie process is very fast for this program, and we do not have a delay option on a selfie timer. If you wish to retake your selfie, click your profile icon in the upper right side and then select manage selfies.
Here's how to use Vikings Express Pass Lane entry when you arrive at the Ticketmaster gate and Upper Pentair gate:
1. Locate the Express Pass frictionless entry lanes currently at the Ticketmaster gate and Upper Pentair gate only.
2. Remove your hat and sunglasses before scanning at the Express Pass entry tablet.
3. Let the staff know how many guests are entering with you (if they haven't registered), confirm the seat numbers you want scanned in, and enter.
My guests are not coming with me, can they sign up for this too?
Yes. Right now, this is a trial program, however you are welcome to forward this link to any of your guests as long as they have Ticketmaster account and their tickets transferred to that email. Just remind their guests if they plan to do they have to use the entry lanes at the Ticketmaster gate and Upper Pentair gate and that all users that sign up using Wicket need to be 18+ to join the program.
