Winter Park Rewind: October 20 - 24

Monday, October 20

After maybe the toughest loss of the season on Sunday in Buffalo, Mike Wobschall kicked off the week with the Monday Morning Mailbag by hitting on several topics, including evaluating Teddy Bridgewater after his first three NFL starts.

Craig Peters took a look at how the Vikings were able to handle the very unique situation during the game of losing a pair of starting offensive linemen on the same play.

This week's film room video examined how the defensive line has been able to step up its game in recent weeks, including Everson Griffen's three-sack performance on Sunday:

Head Coach Mike Zimmer addressed the media early in the afternoon to reflect back on the day that was in Buffalo:

Tuesday, October 21

Thursday, October 23

Early in the day there were several articles posted: one on Jerick McKinnon making progress with Adrian Peterson out of the mix, another looking at this week's Ticketmaster Hot Matchup, and finally get to know rookie DT Shamar Stephen a little bit better.

The three Vikings coordinators addressed the media after the day's walk-thru, which included Norv Turner saying that the offense has progressed but there needs to be some productivity shown:

Peters looks at how the Vikings are preparing to handle the size that the Buccaneers starting wideouts -- Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans -- bring to the table.

Finally on the day, watch as Bud Grant was honored this week with a statue in Winnipeg, home of the Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League, the club he coached from 1957 to 1966. Grant led the Blue Bombers to four Grey Cups during that stretch before leaving to be Head Coach of the Vikings.

Friday, October 24

Wobschall kicked off the day by looking at one advantage the Bucs may have this weekend, in that they are coming off their bye.
