The Minnesota Vikings are saddened by the passing of Houston Texans owner Bob McNair. Bob cared deeply about the National Football League, particularly the fans and the players who make this game so great. He was responsible for bringing professional football back to Houston in 2002 and as a tireless advocate for the city, helped host Super Bowl XXVIII and LI in the years since. Beyond football, Bob was dedicated to assisting others through his generous giving and the multiple foundations he and his wife, Janice, established.
