Vikings Sign Bills DE Eddie Yarbrough to 53-Man Roster, Place DT Armon Watts on IR

Yarbrough (6-3, 259) is added to the Vikings active roster after spending the 2019 season on the Buffalo Bills practice squad. The Wyoming grad signed with Denver as an undrafted free agent in 2016 before being cut by the Broncos on September 4, 2016. After signing with Buffalo as a free agent on April 7, 2017, Yarbrough played in all 16 contests that year, starting six and finishing with 34 total tackles, 1.0 sack, and four tackles for loss. The Aurora, Colorado, native also started in the Bills 2017 playoff appearance, recording five tackles at Jacksonville (1/7/18). In 2018, Yarbrough finished the season with 28 tackles, playing in 15 games.

Cothran (6-5, 301) re-joins the Vikings practice squad after being waived during final cuts of training camp on August 31, 2019. The first-year defensive end from Penn State signed with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2018 and spent the entire 2018 offseason and training camp with the club. Cothran was added to the 2018 team's practice squad after final cuts and remained there for the first seven weeks of the season before being released on October 24, 2018 and signed back to the practice squad on October 27, 2018.

Hall (5-11, 190 – pronounced key-MON) joins the Vikings practice squad after spending time with the Los Angeles Chargers this year, who he originally signed with as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2019. Hall was waived during final cuts then brought back to the Chargers practice squad on September 1, 2019, and was released on September 10, 2019. A First-Team All Conference USA selection, the North Texas defensive back finished his collegiate career with 120 tackles (89 solo), six interceptions and 28 pass break-ups.
