Pro Bowl Voting Progress Report: Cook, Abdullah Lead Their Positions in NFC

EAGAN, Minn. – Minnesota stands at 8-3 heading into the final five games of the regular season.

While the Vikings fix their eyes on the postseason and remain focused on the ultimate goal, fans meanwhile can continue pushing for their favorite players to be recognized with a nod to the Pro Bowl.

Below is the list (in alphabetical order) of how Vikings players rank through voting thus far.

Note: the first number in parentheses designates where that player ranks for the NFC; the second number denotes overall NFL ranking.

Abdullah and Cook both currently top their position in the NFC, while Smith is second among NFC strong safeties behind Green Bay's Adrian Amos.

Ham, a native of Duluth, Minnesota, is third in fullback voting behind San Francisco's Kyle Juszczyk and Green Bay's Danny Vitale.

Hunter is third in the NFC defensive end race behind San Francisco's Nick Bosa and New Orleans' Cameron Jordan; Dallas' Demarcus Lawrence stands between Hunter and Griffen in the category so far.

Kendricks, who has made a significant impact throughout the season and is vying for his first career Pro Bowl nod, currently sits at sixth place in the NFC for inside linebackers. Ahead of him are Seattle's Bobby Wagner, Carolina's Luke Kuechly, Green Bay's Blake Martinez, Arizona's Jordan Hicks and Dallas' Jaylon Smith.

Diggs also is looking for his first career Pro Bowl invite, leading Minnesota with 880 receiving yards and five touchdowns through 11 games. He is behind Dallas' Amari Cooper, New Orleans' Michael Thomas, Tampa Bay's Mike Evans and Atlanta's Julio Jones.

Rudolph is fourth among NFC tight ends behind San Francisco's George Kittle, Philadelphia's Zach Ertz and Atlanta's Austin Hooper.

Also getting some love from fans is Bradbury, the Vikings first-round draft pick in 2019. The rookie currently trails Dallas' Travis Frederick and Philadelphia's Jason Kelce in votes.
