EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings continued shaping their 2026 roster and offensive line Monday afternoon, claiming guard Trevor Keegan and center Nick Samac off waivers.

To make room on the 53-man roster, the team released QB Max Brosmer and WR Dillon Bell.

Keegan, who turned 26 Sunday, is listed at 6-foot-6 and 320 pounds. He was drafted in the fifth round by Philadelphia in 2024 out of Michigan. He was a team captain for the Wolverines when they were guided by Vikings backup QB J.J. McCarthy and won the 2023 National Championship.

As a rookie, Keegan appeared in Philadelphia's Week 18 contest. He was waived in August last year and joined Dallas, playing six offensive snaps in Week 5 and making two appearances overall, as a reserve, before he was placed on Injured Reserve in October with a neck injury.

The Cowboys waived Keegan on Sunday.

Samac turned 25 on Aug. 21 and is listed at 6-4 and 314 pounds. He was selected in the seventh round in 2024 by the Ravens after playing at Michigan State and served on Baltimore's practice squad as a rookie.

Samac was signed by Carolina during the 2025 season and appeared in 11 games on special teams for the Panthers before he was waived on Sunday.

The additions join a Vikings offensive line room that placed eight players on the initial 53-man roster: starters Christian Darrisaw, Donovan Jackson, Blake Brandel, Will Fries and Brian O'Neill, and backups Caleb Tiernan, Ryan Van Demark and Joe Huber. Michael Jurgens is on Injured Reserve — Designated for Return, too.

Brosmer stayed local, signing with Minnesota as an undrafted free agent in 2025 following one transfer season at the U of M after starring for New Hampshire (2019-23). He went 1-1 as a starter for the Vikings, filling in at Seattle and against Detroit on Christmas Day, and completed 66.2 percent of his passes for 328 yards, no touchdowns and four interceptions.

Bell was an undrafted signing this year out of Georgia. He totaled seven catches for 59 yards (8.4 avg.) in three preseason games, and he also rushed twice for 27 yards.
